All products purchased in store or online directly from The Aesthetic Collective are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

The Aesthetic Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers.

The Aesthetic Collective is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

The Aesthetic Collective is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
